Please read the product manual and follow the assembly instructions carefully. If you want to fold the pack and play, pull up the drawstring of the bottom first, and then pull down the four sides. To assemble, pull up the four sides first, and then press down the bottom. If one side can't be locked, refold the playard and try again to assemble it correctly.
